Depends : pinched nerves in the neck my affect the arm on the side of the nerve root compression. Symptoms may include shooting pain from the neck to the arm, forearm and/or hand. A pinched nerve In the low back may cause similar symptoms affecting the leg on the side of the affected nerve. In sever cases, weakness of the extremity may also happen which is an emergent issue.
