Microdermabrasion : Microdermabrasion is not intended to get to the deep level of the dermis, so scarring would be rare. Unfortunately, because it only treats the upper skin layers, it may not have any long lasting effects. If you have sensitive skin, a mineral scrub would probably do the same thing for less cost.
