A member asked:

What could cause a man to suddenly not be able to hold food or drinks down?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Lots of causes: Anything from an enormous spleen from a white-cell proliferative disease to a cancer or scarring ulcer blocking the entry to or outlet from the stomach to nerve disease to achalasia to a host of others. A full physical and some imaging are in order.
