Sinus issue?: You may have left maxillary sinusitis. Do you have fever and/or a change in the kind of nasal secretions on the left side? Does it hurtmmoremon tapping on the left side of the face? You probably should check in with your doc. Hope you are better soon.

Sinus infection: You could have an infection in your left sinus. See a doctor. You may need antibiotics.
