Salivary stone: You may have a salivary duct stone. Try sucking on lemons every couple hours. See your family doctor in 2 days if you are not better. You may note a dry mouth and a bad taste when the stone passes.

Lump in jaw: Several possibilities including dental infections, tumors, salivary gland infections, mouth growths etc. You need to see either your dentist or your family doctor.
