Concussion: 21 year old gentleman s/p trauma to left temple 4 days ago with continued pain. Any loss of consciousness? Fights are very dangerous. People can be killed, especially with head trauma. You may have a concussion, skull/tripod fracture, hematoma, and potentially a bleed on your brain. You may just have bruising but safest to be evaluated. Good luck and do your best to always avoid fights, walk away.
