See a dentist!: How old is your girl? Is she taking any medications? If she is healthy with no medical problems, gums can get swollen and bleed due to much plaque and buildup. Get her to a good dentist right away and meanwhile gently brush and massage her gums with warm water and salt frequently to help with swelling. Don't worry just have her see a dentist to get proper evaluation, diagnosis and treatment.

See your dentist: Most common cause would be not brushing the teeth. Start with warm salt water rinses, lightly brushing the teeth and see your dentist asap. Give her a mutiple vitamin and vitamin c daily. She may need multiple cleanings at the dentist office.

See a dentist: She needs to see a dentist to check her gums and general oral health. You don't mention any meds or medical conditions, but should be investigated by the dentist.
