Usually viral: And self limiting in this age group. As long as your baby is still playful and eating, no vomiting , no diarrhea and acting normal he should be okay.Colds can also be triggered by smokes, pets, allergies, & weather change .There's lots of virus & illness going around. Have him get checked if he is fussy, not eating , have a fever, profuse uri, decreased wet diapers or wheezing. Supportive treatment only.
