Only one ovary and chance of early menopause?

Possibly: Often women with one ovary will start developing menopausal symptoms such as vaginal dryness and hot flushes. But cessation of menstrual cycles usually isn't effected as much.

Not much: You will not be able to tell the difference as we only need one ovary to have normal menstrual function. You will go through menopause at whatever time your body dictates.
