Possible: Your one functional ovary can still produce hormones that may cause issues as the ovary starts to age during menapausal years.

Absolutely: If you have one or 2 ovaries after hysterectomy, they still secrete hormones and your body will go through menopause just as it would have if you didn't have a hysterectomy. The symptoms vary from person to person.
