Yes, it can: See a certified hypnotherapist. They can help with stress modification and help with some of the triggers of your anxiety. If you're on anti-anxiety medication, see a psychiatrist who also uses hypnosis.

Yes: I agree with dr. Pamela, but i think it is easier to do cognitive behavioral therapy and learn to identify u negative thoughts and learn to change them.
