So glad U r better: Sounds like your session went very well, and you're very good at working with hypnosis. That means you can continue to improve. Many people enjoy having recordings of the hypnosis session(s) so they can listen again for reinforcement. It takes at least 21-30 days of practice to develop new habits, even when using hypnotic suggestions to affirm them. Booster sessions can be good if needed too!

Can be permenant: Like any psychotherapeutic technique hypnosis may require "tune up's" periodically or may not require any additional work.
