Need more info: What were the results of other tests such as ultrasound or ct scan? Were gallstones identified? Hepatitis testing? Pancreatitis? If no gallstones then it would be medical treatment for possible hepatitis or other inflammatory conditions of the liver.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided actual results.
