Possible stone,,: The pain might be due to a stone left behind in the cystic duct after gallbladder removal, but more likely the sphincter of oddi is the main reason as this stops flow of your bile, etc. out into your digestive tract. This appears serious enough to require prompt treatment and surgery may be needed to stop it. Please see your doctor ASAP for tests and treatment to prevent complications. Good luck
