Neuropathy : Many diabetic patients develop neuropathy. The increased sugar levels in the blood are toxic to the nerves. These patients often have your symptoms. There are other causes of neuropathy and these should be investigated. Metanx , neuremedy are oral pills that are for neuropathy. A biopsy of the skin looking at the small nerves could be done.

Sounds like: a form of peripheral neuropathy. Treatment depends on cause. May be originating from lower back condition or B-12 deficiency. Those who have diabetes often experience this symptom.
