Last february, my husband (28) had a back pain and was prescribed celecoxib, last july his right foot got swollen but resolved after 3 days without treatment. and this august, his left foot is swollen and it appears shiny too. is this rea or gout?

Foot swelling can be caused by many things. Your husband should be evaluated in person by his primary care provider.
