My doctor transitioned me from lisinopril htz to lisinopril because my diastolic bp was in the 58 to 62 range. my pain management clinic put me on celebrex. after 7 days, i have noticeable swelling in my feet. is this because of coming off htz?

You may want to let your doctor know about it, it may be due to the Celebrex rather than coming off the HCTZ. The HCTZ may have modified the outcome previously, but coming off HCTZ usually would not cause leg swelling unless there are other things going on.
