Hi , i know that i have a hypothyroidism few days before and i start the medication that is synthroid (thyroxine) 75mg . my big concern is about memory loss ?

Likely to improve: The only way to see how much your memory will improve on the medication is to take it as your doctor prescribes and adjust it based on the blood tests. After you have been at the right dose, if you still have problems, see if your doctor can find a reversible reason for memory loss. Also, use good nutrition, exercise to maximize your health. Taking the medication should not worsen your memory.

Armour: Consider switching to Armour Thyroid if synthroid (thyroxine) is not helping. Proper treatment should improve your memory not decrease it.
