Many Options: We are fortunate to live in a time where there is effective treatment for depression along with many medication choices. Options include the tricyclic antidepressants ie tofranil, pamelor, & norpramin, serotonin selective reuptake inhibitors ie prozac, zoloft, and lexapro. Other popular options include wellbutrin, effexor, (venlafaxine) cymbalta, desyrel, & remeron, you & your doctor will select the best one.
