No cure, but options: There is no cure for depression but there are ways to manage the symptoms. Treatments for mild depression include exercise, eating a healthy diet, therapy, support groups, herbal supplements ( i.e. 5 htp, same and st john's wort) and journaling. Vitamins can also be helpful such as a b complex, vitamin d and omega 3. If your depression is severe or worsens please see your doctor.
