All of the SSRI's: can be effective with anxiety and depression. Prozac (fluoxetine) is an SSRI. Not sure that one SSRI is necessarily better than the others.

Have a physical exam by a Dr. to determine if you have a physical illness. Consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy with ZOOM sessions.
