Try to relax : And breath slowly. People with panic attack they ']r going to die , and they r going to faint and they start hyperventilating . But if they change their negative thoughts by telling them self i had this before, I am not going to, die i'm not going to faint , I am not having a heart attack and start breathing slowly , they can succeed. If u can't do it see a therapist.

Panic: Breath in slowly ; deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to.
