For what use?: One needs to know what the need and intended use is, before thinking about a "good supplement." then you also need to think about safety, along with other medications you might be on or conditions you may have. That said, the most widely used type of supplement is usually a good multivitamin. Even this needs individualization, though, as not everyone can -- or should -- take the same one.
