Supplements: Cetainly any supplemt that bolsters your immune system can be helpful: so can exercisem diet, multivits, prayer, mediation, yoga, massage and aroma therapy- don't put your eggs in just one basket.

No health Benefit: First we do not ever promote or endorse any product here on Health Tap. Second, I know of no expert medical doctor here who would recommend vitamins to an otherwise healthy twenty year old male. There is some science now that most vitamins are of no health benefit or even that some high dose vitamins may be harmful to health. Good nutrition and good sleep and exercise are the best way to live.
