Tennis: Find a good activity that you enjoy. I started tennis as a child. I was never good but i kept trying. I am now 65 yrs old with an artificial hip and play 4.0 on usta teams. To me golf is not an exercise. Hiking, biking, surfing, skiing, soccer all are good ways to keep in good health.
