A member asked:

Cvi for 2 yrs progressing fast imaging hasn't shown cause. raynauds- hands & breasts. poor circ. skin, joint, muscle & eye infla. tests ok ideas?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Complicated: Cortical visual impairment is a brain problem, not an eye problem. Not related to circulation. Raynaud's of hands & breasts (rare) suggest scleroderma and any body area of thickened hard skin should be biopsied. If inflammation tests of muscle and joints normal, probably not lupus but could see a rheumatologist for expert opinion on diseases assoc. With raynaud's. That leaves the cvi unrelated.
