Some possibilities: There are several possible causes of your symptom; flair of internal hemorrhoids, colitis, endometriosis implants, fistula between rectum and vagina. A trip to your doc, and an exam under anesthesia with your surgeon, will further evaluate and help get you to a diagnosis.
