Simple answer: It's not implantation: that's mostly an internet myth. If it's heavy like a period and comes roughly ontime that's what it is. Implantation bleed - if it really happens at all - would be a few spots before a period and then followed by + pregnancy test. DO NOT ever take Clomid (clomiphene) until you are sure your period has started.I hope this helps!
