I have thumping, throbbing, and whooshing sounds in my left ear. my hearing is slightly affected. i also have pain behind my ear and left side of my head, without any previous bump.

ENT: Need evaluation by ENT for blockage of Eustachian tubes or many other possible ear or sinus illnesses. May also need CT or MRI to evaluate pain behind ear. If you have sinus problems also need to inform physician of that.
