Possibly: Smoking leads to a host of other potential health risks ranging from pulmonary dysfunction to vascular disease / heart disease. Pressure and pain in chest coukd occur from either respiratory inflammation/pleurisy or exacerbation of airway disease (all are more prevalent in smokers). Could also imply coronary artery disease. Should see a doctor and quit smoking.
