RLS/PVD: Possibly could be restless leg syndrome; a disorder with symptoms of limb pain that resolves with motion. There are medications that can be prescribed by your physician that have been shown to be helpful. The other possibility is poor blood flow in your legs. If oxygen is deprived, the you can experience pain that is relieved once the patient gets out of bed. Either way, you should see a doctor.

Restless leg syndrom: You might be describing RLS or restless leg syndrome which is an uncomfortable pins & needles sensation that's relieved by movement. Check out http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/restless-legs-syndrome/ds00191 and http://www.Rls.Org/. Then go see your family physician for complete evaluation & treatment as warranted.
