My leg is stiff from my calf to ankle, i have an abscess near the opening of my vagina. i have a temperature of 38 degrees. my body hurts and i get very thirsty a lot and can't sleep. my eyes are burning, what medication can i take?

Sepsis: Until proven otherwise. Your condition is serious enough and needs to be addressed promptly. You have a vaginal abscess with fever and generalized symptoms and timely treatment is needed. Would recommend going to the closest ER for eval, further tests and prompt treatment.
