Feel 7 or 8 , 4-inch solid nodules in my abdominal area, over where my small intestine and stomach would sit? hard, tumor-like. doc said fatty tissue?

Lipomas : At your age, if the nodules are superficial, they are likely fatty tumors, called lipomas, which are benign tumors, but can be removed for cosmetic purposes. If you are a very thin person, and you really can feel structures deep in your abdomen, they might be something else, but this is unlikely.
