You : You are bloated to the point that your abdomen is tense with abdominal pain. Don't know if the second part means you have had solid bowel movements for five days, have had no bowel movements in five days or if you have had liquid bowel movements for five days. If you have severe abdominal pain, you need medical evaluation.
