Yes: There are no contraindications to having dental work done while pregnant. However, dental xrays should be taken carefully with a good lead shield (as always) to protect the developing baby. After the first trimester is considered best. I would recommend immediate dental care if you are in pain. The stress caused from dental pain will not be good for your developing child.
