Should be fine: The question is, how deep are the cavities? Really simple, or possible need for root canal therapy? Do you have to have them restored right now, or can it wait a few months? Are you in pain? The answers to these questions would help in the advice... Why don't you discuss them with your dentist... S/he knows your condition the best..

Usually not done: Typically we will do elective treatment in the second trimester. Since you are past that we usually wait until delivery unless there is an emergency.
