Consultation: Need consult ion with an orthopedic md and other causes needs to be ruled out.Rarely it can be due to heart disease or hiatal hernia.

Hernia: It is very unusual for a 22 year old to have a large hiatal hernia, but if in fact you do, it is certainly the probable cause of your symptoms. Angina is almost unheard of in a 22 year old, but you should see your doctor.
