Angina: The symptoms you describe do not signify angina, and it would be very unusual for a 26 year-old person to have angina. There is something else going on, so do discuss your concerns with your doctor.

Small possibility: These symptoms may be caused by your heart not getting enough oxygen. If this is a new symptom go to local ed. If this is recurrent, you are in need of appropriate testing; start with pcp. There are certainly other potential causes but the first thing to do is rule out any life threatening causes.
