Chest wall pain: This sounds like chest wall pain. If it is, then you likely have some irritation in the lining of the internal chest wall. If it hurts worse when u breath deeply, then it is likely the cause. This is a common symptom. If you are troubled by this continuously, then see your doctor. Otherwise, try some over the counter Motrin to see if this helps you.
