Cause unclear: This could be a number of things. One thing that does jump out is that it is all on the right side. It is mostly in your chest and right breast. This is suggestive of some type of pleuritic irritation or muscular involvement that can be referred. For now I would keep an eye on it and try some advil (ibuprofen) or like med to treat any pain. If worsens see the doc
