Exam advised: Discomfort in that area could be from gall bladder, liver, rib cage, right lung base, muscular inflammation or early shingles(look for appearance of a rash). I recommend that you be evaluated by a physician if discomfort persists or shingles erupt. Xray or ultrasound may be recommended.
