Many possible Dx: I assume you do not have pain when resting but activities like walking, running, even lifting or carrying probably cause this discomfort/pain. Depending on your usual activities, you could have a chest muscle strain (most likely cause). Inflammation of the lining of the lung called pleuritis cd cause similar Sx. Given your heartburn history, stomach ulcers or gastritis is also possible. TTYD and get seen soon.
