Way too complex: You should not rely on internet advice. You need a direct medical evaluation right away. You had very tricky brain surgery and are now having focal symptoms. A thorough re-evaluation is absolutely necessary.

Could be from a-line: Sometimes patients complain of hand pain on the side where the arterial line was placed during the coiling procedure to continuously monitor blood pressure. Depending on the quality, localization, time course of the pain, provoking and alleviating factors, and associated other symptoms - such as swelling or discoloration of hand/arm etc, this could be due to a number of things. Hard to guess...
