May be normal: See your doctor for an exam. Asymmetry of bones (and bodies) is the norm in biology.

Xray: One of the first findings in scoliosis is a rotation of the trunk, otherwise known as an asymmetric trunk rotation or rib hump. On the other hand some people may have an asymmetry in their ribs without scoliosis. A simple xray will determine if you have scoliosis. Thank you for the question.
