Liver issues: You need to ask your own physician about this, because s/he knows the state of your mono and liver condition, etc. Alcohol is a toxin to the liver (and other organs too). If your liver enzymes are elevated it would not be a good idea to use any known liver toxins.

No: Mono causes liver inflammation and alcohol will make it worse. Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it.
