71 y/o father dx w/ UTI, prescribed nitrofurontion 100 mg capsules twice daily. Hes now having chills, lower right back pain and has a 101.8 degree fever. Is it time to consider taking him to the hospital? He is hesitant due to rampant COVID?
12w6d running a fever off and on. Headache and can't hold anything down. ER said I have uti that is cause all of this. But fever is jump like crazy?
