Maybe: Myalgia just means muscle pain which may not be worrisome. However, if you have myositis which would be verified by blood tests such as an elevated creatine kinase (ck) or an elevated aldolase, it is of greater concern. The ana, jo-1, rf do not prove a diagnosis but are helpful especially if the ck is elevated. Ask your doctor to call the rheumatologist to move up your appt if the above applies.

Get Tests!: You only have these lab test. Worry only if your CPK and serum myoglobin are elevated. Treatment, if needed, can be done by someone in neurology, as well as rheumatology. Your myalgia very likely could be unrelated.
