6 weeks: This is not the final answer. The skin reaches about 60% of its strength in 6 to 8 weeks, it takes a year to be fully healed . The bones are stable in 6 weeks but the cartilage and the swelling may take months to resolve. The extent of the surgery also determines how long the healing process will take.

One year: Complete healing takes one full year, but much will be done in a few months.

While the incisions: Heal quickly ( a few weeks), it really takes about 6 months for the swelling and post-surgical changes to settle down, and before you see a final result. In a nose, even a millimeter of swelling makes a obvious difference in the shape!

Rhinoplasty: It takes at least a year to recover from rhinoplasty. Your incisions are closed and stitches can be removed after a week. But complete healing of the incisions takes time. Be sure to have your nose evaluated by a board certified facial plastic surgeon
