Remeron (mirtazapine): Remeron (mirtazapine) is more sedating and appetite-stimulating than many other antidepressants. The sedation especially can bother some people -- but it's more likely to be given when there's a sleep & appetite disturbance in the first place. Also not everyone responds to a given medication. Please talk with your psychiatrist about your response to your medicines, so that adjustments or changes can be made.
