Remeron (mirtazapine) side effects: It is well known that Remeron (mirtazapine) may produce symptoms similar to upper respiratory disease. That is probably what you are experiencing. Doubt bad immune system.

Rhinitis?: The rhinitis may be the result of use of Remeron. The frequency of this side effect is apparently not known.
